1. What is the guarantee? Our guarantee is that you WILL PASS the certification test provided you follow the Guarantee Requirements strictly including using the tools in the Nurses Success Network including passing the Challenge Exam.

2. What happens if I don’t pass the certification test? Apply for the retest as it is necessary to submit a copy of the receipt showing payment for the retest. Contact customer service 800-990-2629 to receive additional retest instructions.

3. If I fail, how do I get reimbursed? The retest instructions you receive from Customer Service will give you the steps for reimbursement. Apply for the certification retest as it is necessary to submit a copy of the receipt showing payment for the retest.

4. Can I take the certification test in less/more than 90 days? You may take the certification test in less than 90 days, however, please give yourself enough time to study the materials and pass the Challenge Exam as indicated in the Guarantee Requirements sheet. If you do not pass the Challenge Exam you will receive coaching and focus on future studies. It is necessary to allow time for these steps also. You must take the certification test within 90 days for the guarantee to apply.

Use the timeline below as a guide. If you are compressing the time to your exam, make sure to move the challenge exam and coaching sessions up on your timeline too.

5. What do I do if I fail the Challenge Exam? Contact customer service at 800-990-2629 and we’ll get you set up to work with a coach. The Nurses' Success Network has a schedule of coaching sessions available. Review the times and plan on attending one or more coaching sessions prior to retaking the Challenge Exam.

6. What does the coaching consist of? The coaching is a group teleconference. You will call in at your appointed time and you may ask your Implementation Specialist any questions you have regarding the certification exam. 7. If I attended a seminar, do I have to buy the CDs in order to get the guarantee? You do not need to purchase the CDs to study, but it is highly recommended that you do. That way, you will have the audio information that you can play over and over again to really learn it prior to taking the test.
